Bill Mulcahey

Position: President/Senior Network Engineer

Bill began his IT career in 1987 at Prophet 21, Inc. in Yardley Pennsylvania. Before being hired by Prophet 21, Bill graduated with high honors, receiving the "Best Trouble Shooter" and "Advanced Problem Resolutions" awards from CHI Institute in Philadelphia. Bill held the positions of Installation Technician, Field Service Technician and EDI Support Specialist at Prophet 21, a proprietary mainframe computer provider. An opportunity arose in the Pittsburgh area and Bill moved his family there, becoming a shareholder in PC Network Services, Inc. It was during this time that Bill gained extensive knowledge and expertise in the area of PC computer networking, installation and support.

In the fall of 2001, Bill started M6 Technologies, Inc. His vision was to deliver expert and affordable computer networking services to small businesses. Bill's experience and knowledge allow him to guide M6 Technologies' clients with stable solutions for their present IT platform while always keeping an eye on the future for the changes that will come.

Bill enjoys being outside.  His likes include golf, music, yard work, gardening and afternoons sharing a beer or two with family and neighbors in his back yard while grilling or smoking dinner.  Bill resides in Crafton Pennsylvania with his wife Paula.  They have four adult children.

Paula Mulcahey

Position: Accounting Staff

Paula has handled some of the accounting, procurement and clerical duties at M6 for a number of years.  Although she does not have much interaction with our client base, she is an integral part of our team.  Paula attended the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts and Temple University, both in Philadelphia Pennsylvania.  Paula was a stay-at-home Mom for more than twenty years.  She has worked as a home healthcare assistant and as a teacher's aide at The Children's Institute in Pittsburgh.  Since joining M6 in a more permanent role in April of 2020, Paula has added payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and much of the company's HR responsibilities to her roles.

Paula is an avid yoga practitioner, enjoys daily brisk walks, arranging flowers and spending time with her family and friends.  She and her husband Bill reside in Crafton Pennsylvania. They have four adult children.

Mitchell Kelman

Position: Senior Network Technician \ Datto RMM Lead

Mitchell is our Senior Network Technician.  His responsibilities include working closely with our technical staff guiding them through some of our more difficult technology issues.  He works the help desk, visits clients, is a member of our Client Projects group and handles most of our firewall and edge security issues.  He works on research and testing of the evolving security services M6 provides its clients. Mitchell also maintains our RMM platform which is the key component of the M6 services platform.  

Mitchell is a graduate of Point Park University where he earned a degree in Intelligence and National Security and a minor in Arabic. Mitchell is a native of Frederick Maryland where he worked as team leader for IT services at Daly Computers Inc. and as a Support Technician at Saint John’s Catholic Prep for 10 years.  Although Mitchell is from Maryland, he is an avid Pittsburgh sports fan.  In fact, he claims he bleeds black & gold!  He is also an accomplished soccer player, enjoys music, attending concerts and live shows.  Mitchell resides in Crafton Pennsylvania with his fiance' Nina Midgley.  A June 2021 wedding is planned after their original date in September 2020 was postponed due to COVID-19.

Jennifer Angel

Position: Client Services Coordinator

Jennifer joined M6 Technologies in the fall of 2017.  As Client Services Coordinator, Jennifer works jointly with our clients and technicians to ensure that the services provided by M6 are both timely and effective.  She is charged with the oversight of all available technical resources and scheduling of client site visits.  She is also responsible for the administration and monitoring of the dispatch calendar, tickets and service calls within Autotask®, M6’s IT business management software, and will eventually carry the role of “Autotask® Champion.”

Prior to joining M6, Jennifer worked as an Office Manager and Legal Assistant for a law firm in downtown Pittsburgh.  She is a Pittsburgh native and currently resides in Upper St. Clair with her husband, Don, and daughter, Sydney.

Nicholas DeRose

Position: BDR Specialist \ Network Technician

Nick starting working at M6 Technologies in the summer of 2017. He is a graduate of Duquesne University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems Management. His primary responsibility is to insure client backup units are healthy and functional. In addition, Nick provides onsite support, remote support, and product installations. He also works on M6 security policies directing the company in securing all things IT.

Nick is a Pittsburgh native from Greentree and is proud to announce his recent engagement to Kathleen Lageman of Pittsburgh.  A 2022 wedding is in their plans.

Mike Sossong

Position: Network Technician

Mike worked for two years holding a full time position as a forklift operator for a downtown Pittsburgh company before deciding to pursue an Associate Degree from Pittsburgh Technical College in Information Technology as a Network Administrator.  Mike's primary responsibility is providing customer support services remotely and at our clients' locations.  He is also interested in the IT security landscape and is working to add this skill set to his resume.

Mike is a Pittsburgh native from Imperial who loves all things hockey.  He also enjoys PC gaming in his spare time.

Mark Janovec

Position: Network Technician

Mark started working at M6 Technologies as an Intern in the Spring of 2021.  His work ethic and dedication earned him an offer as a fulltime employee.  Mark accepted the offer to become one of our Network Technicians in June 2021. He is a graduate of Pittsburgh Technical College and earned his Associate Degree under their Information Technology course as a Network Administrator. His primary responsibilities include providing remote and on-site client services and preparing network resources for deployment into the field. Mark is also interested in pursuing a number of  Barracuda certifications in Backup Technology, Email Security and CloudGen Firewalls.  He is a welcomed addition to the M6 Team.

Mark is a Pittsburgh native from Brentwood who enjoys all types of PC gaming and working out at the gym with his friends.

Sandra Dorsch

Position: Assistant Client Services Coordinator

Sandy joined M6 in June of 2020, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.  As Assistant Client Services Coordinator, Sandy is responsible for answering the phones, creating tickets in n Autotask®, our IT business management software and dispatching those tickets to our technical team.  She maintains and updates IT Glue, our documentation platform.  She also handles numerous administrative tasks at M6.  Prior to joining M6, Sandy worked at Bacharach for 22 years as a secretary, Marsh for 15 years and CIMG for four years as an Insurance Assistant.

In her spare time, she pushes wheelchairs at the Airport for a company called Prospect.  She enjoys meeting and chatting with the folks she assists.  Sandy resides in Coraopolis with her husband Bob.  She has two children and a step daughter.  Most of her pride and joy come from her two grandchildren and her grand dogs.  Sandy's interests outside of work include spending time, and unfortunately most of her money, in casinos.
